Animal Control & Shelter
The responsibilities of the Animal Control Division include: the control of disease, particularly rabies, among wild and domestic animals; maintenance of the Animal Shelter where adequate housing, food and water are provided; overseeing pet adoptions at the Shelter; and removal and/or control of stray animals that may be found on the streets of Parsippany.

Building & Construction
The Building and Construction Office serves to assist Parsippany residents and commercial contractors wishing to initiate construction within the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills.

Business Administrator
The Department of Administration directs, facilitates and assists municipal departments and agencies in the delivery of services in the most cost effective and efficient manner to serve residents, businesses and visitors.

Clerk / Registrar's Office
The Township Clerk serves as Secretary to the Township Council, Custodian of Government Records, Election Official and Registrar of Vital Statistics.

Emergency Management
The Office of Emergency Management's mission is to protect the community from large scale emergencies and disasters and to identify and mitigate potential threats, prepare plans to deal with various disasters, coordinate and respond to disasters, and coordinate recovery efforts following a disaster.

Emergency Medical Services
Par-Troy EMS, inspected and licensed by the NJ Department Health and Senior Services, was established by the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills to provide prompt, professional emergency medical services to residents and visitors of the township.

Engineering Division
The Engineering Division oversees township infrastructure projects such as drainage, road improvements, storm water management and traffic signal maintenance.

Fire Prevention
The primary responsibility of the Fire Prevention Bureau is to enforce the New Jersey State Fire Code, ensuring that the residents and firefighters of Parsippany are given the proper level of protection.

Housing Division
The Division of Housing inspects properties for compliance with the Code and responds to complaints regarding property maintenance.

Health & Human Services
The Human Services Department plans and administers a comprehensive public health program, including environmental sanitation, communicable disease control, health education, laboratory services and other authorized services, in addition to administering and enforcing local health ordinances.

Information Technology (IT)
The Division of Information Technology is responsible for all of the Township's IT infrastructure, systems, both departmental and township-wide and much more.
