The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills intends to participate in the Sourcewell national purchasing cooperative, contract for “Ambulances” – Contract# 122123-DEM issued to Demers Ambulances/First Priority Emergency Vehicles to purchase a 2026 Demers MXP150 Ford F450 4x4 Ambulance.

It is the intent of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills to make a contract award to First Priority Emergency Vehicles pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hill’s request.

The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
