The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills intends to participate in the Sourcewell national purchasing cooperative, contract for “Public Safety Alert and Secure Messaging Tools” – Contract# 030425-GYS issued to Genasys, Inc. to purchase Genasys EVERTEL Protective Communication Platform.

It is the intent of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills to make a contract award to Genasys, Inc. pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hill’s request.

The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
