NOTICE OF DECISION

On July 6, 2026 the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hill’s Planning Board (the “Planning Board”) adopted a Resolution granting applicant, NB Home Improvements, LLC (the “Applicant”), Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision Approval and with waivers in connection with the creation of six (6) new lots on the property located at 97 & 101 Intervale Road, Parsippany, New Jersey, further identified as Block 49, Lots 45 & 46 on the Tax Maps of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills (the “Property”). The Property is in the R-3 (Residential District) Zone.

The Planning Board granted the subdivision of Lot 45, into six (6) separate lots with a single-family dwelling on five (5) of the proposed lots. In addition, the Planning Board granted the following variances for no new sidewalks and street lighting.

A copy of the Resolution and Application materials are on file in the Office of the Planning Board, Municipal Building, 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Parsippany, New Jersey, and available for inspection by the public during that office’s normal business hours.
